Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
-
Provide strategic HR business partnering to ensure internal customers (leaders and employees) to receive high‑value and effective HR consultation and support.
-
Build and maintain collaborative labor relations to make constructive labor management culture
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide HR values and partner service to respective functions to ensure enhancement of organization competency and business growth.
-
Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR strategies and initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented within support area.

Work closely with business leaders in structuring and developing their respective teams and driving the required actions together.

Involve recruitment process of managerial and non-managerial positions in collaboration with Talent Acquisition according to defined standards.

Contribute to performance enhancement including low performance management and consult business leaders in developing performance improvement activities.

Support business planning, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for respective areas in collaboration with Total Rewards according to defined standards.
-
Contribute to talent development for respective areas, developing and implementing development actions in collaboration with Talents according to the defined standards.
- Lead collective bargaining and wage negotiation with the labor union

Lead quarterly Labor Management Council meetings with the union

Drive HR initiatives/projects in collaboration with regional/global HR teams

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Well-organized and self-motivated, with a proactive mindset

Customer-oriented, approachable, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication both in Korean and English
-
Team player with people management experiences
-
Organizational and problem-solving abilities
-
Experience in industrial relations (IR)
-
Experience in organizational development is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
-
10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a global or matrixed organization
-
IR management experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in project management is an advantage
