The Production Administration Intern will be based in the Songdo Plant (2nd floor office) and will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple operations departments.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for shopfloor hiring within the Production team, including coordination and candidate management

Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to generate insights and support operational decision-making

Assist in managing external customer visits and communications, ensuring a professional and seamless experience

Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, HR, and other departments to drive efficient day-to-day operations

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or expected graduation)

Relevant academic background or coursework related to operations, production management, or business support functions

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage production data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Business proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship or relevant experience in operations, administration, or manufacturing support is a plus
