The UPS Korea Management Trainee Program is 18 months accelerated development journey designed for high-potential talent who aspire to become future leaders in operations and business management.
This is not just a training program — it is a direct pathway to a permanent management role at UPS.
** Successful trainees will be placed into a Operation Management Position upon completion of the program, based on performance and final evaluation. **
What You’ll Experience

Structured Rotational Program
Phase 1: Operations Training (9 months)
Gain in-depth, frontline experience in UPS core operations
Phase 2: Commercial Training (6 months)

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher : Mandated
Excellent command of written and spoken English : Mandated

Result-driven and self-initiative, attention to detail
Proficient in Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and word applications
