Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

Execute go-to-market strategies for MDx and WHC portfolios to support sustained growth and market expansion

Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing initiatives and field-ready execution plans

Support consistent and effective market execution across priority segments and customer groups
Product & Portfolio Management

Manage assigned products and portfolios, including positioning, messaging, and value proposition

Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing and sales enablement materials to support market adoption

Ensure strong product ownership and alignment of messaging across channels
KOL Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance scientific credibility and market influence

Support KOL-driven activities such as symposiums, congress engagements, and scientific discussions

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively translate scientific insights into market-relevant communication
Market Activities & Growth Initiatives

Execute market-facing activities including conferences, campaigns, and customer engagement programs

Identify growth opportunities and support market development activities in close collaboration with Sales

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen market penetration and long-term platform adoption
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Application and other functional teams to ensure aligned execution and strong market impact

Act as a proactive marketing partner to support shared commercial objectives
Required

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the molecular diagnostics field (e.g., MDx, molecular assays, molecular platforms, or related diagnostic environments)

Practical experience working with products, customers, or market activities in molecular diagnostics

Ability to manage products and market activities end-to-end with a strong ownership mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Business-level proficiency in Korean and English
Preferred

Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare industry

Experience working with KOLs and scientific or clinical marketing activities

Experience in portfolio management or market development roles

Self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently
