The Mission
Communications Specialist will deliver the regional strategy to support implementation of activities promoting the Edwards and CSK value and strengthening quality customer relationships – which will help sales, sales, coordination, applications, and technical support teams to effectively communicate their strategies to in line with the CSK and Edwards Customer Center and across three Semiconductor Divisions.
- Collaborate regularly with Sales, Service, Applications, and Product Management teams in Korea to identify target processes, products, and technologies, and develop customer-focused awareness and promotional plans aligned with key account strategies.
- Develop compelling sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, customer success stories, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership content.
- Execute marketing communications initiatives through appropriate customer-facing channels to increase brand awareness and support divisional and regional business objectives.
- Support the planning and delivery of customer training programs in partnership with the Tech Hub Customer Training Center.
- Plan and coordinate Edwards and CSK participation in SEMICON Korea and other industry events, including booth design and operations, product and technology promotion, seminar management, presentation preparation, and social media campaigns.
- Drive employee engagement with the Edwards and CSK brands through internal communication channels such as newsletters, magazines, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop internal and external communication materials.
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, newsletters, and other corporate communication and marketing content.
- Identify, develop, and manage digital communication channels to engage internal and external audiences.
- Partner with the global web team to ensure Edwards and CSK websites support regional business priorities, talent acquisition activities, and market communication objectives.
- Utilize web design principles and a variety of digital design tools to create and maintain engaging online content and visual assets.
- Work closely with the Korea Communications team to develop and execute targeted communication plans that support business objectives and key accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and communication strategies within the semiconductor and display industries, recommending innovative online and offline campaign ideas that differentiate the Edwards and CSK brands.
- Support the Communications Manager in fostering two-way communication and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.
- Ensure all communication materials are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and regional communication strategies.
- Proficiency in web design and digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- This position requires a strong foundation in web design and the ability to effectively use a variety of design tools. The successful candidate should be capable of creating and managing digital content, visual assets, and marketing materials that support brand communication and customer engagement.
