Contracts Works * Develop, review, and support negotiations of Letters of Intent, Startup Agreements, Project Agreements, Change Orders and other forms of contracts across different business lines. * Design payment schedules and use pricing tools to perform cash flow analysis for Agreements for Finance’s review and finalization with clients. * Assemble proposal content using approved templates and content libraries.
