스케줄 관리 및 중요 프로젝트 전달 업무 수행
중요 문서 / 회의 자료 준비 , 작성 , 정리 업무 수행
고객과의 미팅 주선 및 예약 업무 수행
부서 General Administrator 로서의 각종 역할 수행
Block leave 및 명령휴가 tracking & report
Expense Report 작성
Skills and Experience
비서 업무 경험 보유자
MS Office 자격증 소지자
Qualifications
커뮤니케이션 능력 : 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며 부서별 , 직원 간의 원활한 소통 능력
원만한 대인관계 / 팀웍을 이룰 수 있는 자
우수한 컴퓨터 능력 – MS Office(Excel, PowePoint, Word, etc)
