Role Description & Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site platform implementation and deployment for customers.

Interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation.

Manage the initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer.

Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable).
-
Support end-users on the use of solutions.
-
Liaise between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
-
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related major
-
At least 5 years in Digital Manufacturing implementation, configuration, or project management
-
Familiarity in Dassault Systemes platform ‘3DEXPERIENCE’ is a must
-
Experience in a manufacturing company or in manufacturing industry projects

Deep knowledge in Engineering software such as DELMIA, ENOVIA or CATIA
-
Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
