Role Description & Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site platform implementation, deployment, and customization

Analyze customer requirements and define optimized solution methodologies

Establish initial positioning, application usages, and technical documentation
-
Provide technical support, onboarding, and ongoing solution adoption for end-users
-
Liaise between clients and internal technical teams for timely issue resolution
-
Conduct or contribute to a Proof of Concept (if applicable)
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related discipline
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a PLM, CAD, or Digital Manufacturing Engineer using ENOVIA, Teamcenter, or Windchill
-
In-depth knowledge of engineering software implementation project (PLM, CAD, or MES)
-
Experience in ‘3DEXPERIENCE’ Platform is a strong plus
-
Flexible to work on-site in Seoul and other regions in Korea
