We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager to expand Search Ads (SA) campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and delivering measurable business results. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to achieve marketing KPIs and drive growth.
Job Description
• Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns to achieve business KPIs, such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Analyze and optimize campaigns performance using data-driven strategies and continuous A/B testing.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize digital advertising channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cooperation agency (creative, analytics, product) to align marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
• Monitor and adapt to industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities.
Position Requirement
• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with hands-on experience managing SA campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with major platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Naver, Kakao).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in leveraging AI applications and agents to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and drive productivity
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in the e-commerce industry or a strong understanding of cross-border commerce.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in managing SA campaigns and a deep understanding of SA platforms are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other marketing analytics platforms.
• Business-level proficiency in Chinese or English is a plus.
