Lead and coordinate clinical trial projects; ensure all local clinical trials are delivered on schedule and within budget, in strict compliance with ICH GCP, NMPA guidelines, and company policies. Collaborate with RA to develop clinical trial protocols supporting regulatory strategy and new product registrations.
Ensure the local pharmacovigilance function operates efficiently and in compliance with local regulations and company/partner policies. Serve as Local Safety Officer, covering medical assessment, training, adverse event reporting, device deficiency reporting, and trend analysis across both pharmaceutical and medical device portfolios.
Conduct internal medical training programs on company products. Provide regularly updated publications and training materials to enhance scientific knowledge and acumen across the organization.
Review and approve local promotional materials in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Serve as the medical contact for local KOLs and external experts. Convene advisory boards and KOL meetings across key therapeutic and aesthetic areas to gather treatment insights and real-world clinical experience.
Provide in-depth medical evaluation for strategic licensing and business development partnerships.
Partner with regional and national organizations to develop effective patient medical education and engagement programs.
Oversee clinical evidence generation for aesthetic medical devices, including PMCF studies and real-world evidence collection to support product claims and lifecycle management. Lead medical input for treatment protocols and HCP clinical training.
Monitor the competitive clinical landscape in the aesthetic/medical device space and provide medical strategy recommendations to commercial and marketing teams.
Build and maintain a high-quality, high-performing Medical Affairs and PV team, and foster talent development.
Essential:
Medical degree or Ph.D., or equivalent doctoral-level degree in a relevant scientific or medical field
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Experience supporting injectable aesthetics, biostimulators, dermal fillers, energy-based devices, or other aesthetic medical devices is highly desirable.
Strong problem solving and root cause analysis capability
Experience managing or overseeing a company pharmacovigilance function.
Desirable:
Experience in interacting with NMPA/CDE
Specialization or clinical experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic Medicine
Outstanding cross functional influencing, facilitation and conflict resolution skills; able to drive alignment without direct authority.
Ability to operate in fast paced, multi-cultural global environment, manage multiple competing priorities.
