Our Client is looking for a highly driven and experienced F&B General Manager to lead and oversee multi-outlet food & beverage operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven ability to manage multiple venues, elevate service standards, drive profitability, and foster team excellence. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, achieving business targets, and delivering a top-tier guest experience across all locations.

Department: F&B Operations
Location: Singapore — multiple outlets
Work Schedule: 6 days off per month, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Remuneration: SGD 8,000–10,000 per month (gross)
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve outlet performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Manage, train, and inspire outlet managers and operations teams to deliver service excellence
- Ensure compliance with all applicable food safety, workplace safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
- Monitor purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational consistency
- Review operational and financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions, and service-enhancement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, including at least 3 years in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-unit F&B operations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
- Sound commercial knowledge, with experience in budgeting, cost management, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B market and customer trends
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin required, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders
