Process warehouse documents, including delivery orders, shipping labels, inventory records, inbound / outbound documents, and related operational paperwork.
Update inventory data, shipment status, and warehouse transactions in WMS / ERP systems.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment documentation with warehouse, inventory, transport, and client service teams.
Verify shipment details, inventory records, order information, and documentation for accuracy.
Support receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and shipment coordination through accurate documentation and system updates.
Maintain filing systems, warehouse operational records, inventory documents, and shipment-related reports.
Communicate with warehouse staff, transport providers, drivers, inventory control, and client service teams on operational updates.
Prepare basic operational reports, inventory reports, shipment status updates, and data summaries.
Assist with inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy follow-up where required.
Handle basic driver or internal enquiries related to shipment status, documentation, and warehouse activities.
Ensure documentation and system updates are completed in line with company procedures, customer requirements, and warehouse standards.
Provide basic backup support for customer-related documentation, shipment updates, and internal coordination during absence coverage, under guidance from the Client Services Manager.
Escalate documentation errors, inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or service risks to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
