1. Position - PFG Sales Engineer (ProcessFiltration) 2. Position Summary Responsiblefor maintaining/increasing sales volume and margin with existing and newaccounts within Process Filtration Business (Key account). Accountable forexecuting assigned sales goals and sales plans within designated customersand/or within a designated sales territory. Actively support the corporation'sWin Strategy. Proactively works with divisional management and related supportdepartments to ensure on time customer service needs are met or exceeded.Represents company at trade shows and other professional activities. Reports toSales Manager. 3. Responsibilities - Develop and execute account strategies for majorCMO/CDMO and biopharmaceutical clients manufacturing mAb products. - Ensures OOO Filtration products are specified tomaintain and increase revenue by prioritizing the opportunities on anaccount-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales and margin results. - Develop and maintain comprehensive technicalknowledge of PFG group/ KFD divisional products, applications, features,advantages, and benefits. Keeps up with internal and external training anddevelopment. - Obtain specifications and approvals at engineeringfirms, major accounts. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge ofcompetitive products and their activity in the marketplace and provide reports,on a regular and/or monthly basis. - Participates in the development and implementationof appropriate response strategies. - Assist the divisions in planning strategy toprovide the products and service required for their assigned accounts. - Provide product training at the customer levels. - Assist in the conversion of competitive accounts toOOO. 4. Scope/Supervision & Interaction - Reports to Sales Manager. Works with directcustomers, and field sales for filter division products. - Basic business analysis: Sales analysis, Promotionanalysis, Project’s review - Basic research analysis: Latest trend analysis,Competitor products and price analysis - Customer understanding: Focus on customer needssuch as new products, problem and so on - Marketing plan development: Annual and long-termmarketing plan, New products launch, Create new marketplace 5. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry,Biochemistry or related Life Science field. - 5+ years of work experience in sales and 3+ yearsin technical sales in Biotech/Biopharm Development / Manufacturing marketplace. - Strong understanding of mAb manufacturingprocesses(Upstream & Downstream) - Ability to communicate effectively, both oral andwritten - Computer skills including Microsoft Office - Must be able to travel overnight as required - Must have proven track record of performing orexceeding performance level. - Four-year college degree with material engineeringmajor preferred or equivalent experience. 6. 처우조건 : 이전 연봉 이상으로 협의 7. 전형절차 : 서류전형 후 , 면접진행 8. 제출서류 : 국영문이력서 , 자기소개서 , 경력기술서 9. 회사위치 : 경기 분당 판교 10. 연락처 : (02)6332-6346 /
