A Day in the Life
Reporting to the IMC Team Manager, you will drive L’Oréal Paris’s viral and influencer marketing to strengthen our brand positioning in South Korea.
IMC Campaign
- Plan and execute IMC campaign closely co-work with PMs, also monitor and execute analysis of competitors, market, and digital/PR trends regularly.
PR/Influencer Marketing
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute to the development of IMC & digital plan
- Create key content of new launch & manage ambassador assets
- Identify and engage relevant influencers for collaborations aligned with brand campaigns
- Assist with media relations, building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts
- Run brand official account including Kakaotalk Channel, Blog, Youtube and Website with regular updates based on campaign calendar.
- Use internal influencer tracking tools for data-based KOL collaboration
- Monitor media coverage and track campaign results
- Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends and best practices
We Are Looking For
- Under 3 years of experience (1-2 years of experience in IMC & Digital is preferred) including internships
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong foundation in social media, influencer engagement, and content creation.
- Ability to use data-driven insights to track campaign coverage and ROI.
- A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
