The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions across Aerospace, Appliance, and related industry segments.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts to drive long-term business growth and customer satisfaction

Identify new business opportunities within Aerospace or Appliance; Create and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of business and operational issues; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development Management, Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and Operations to deliver customer-focused solutions

Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and business reviews with customers; Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to develop effective growth strategies

Prepare and deliver business presentations, account reviews, and strategic proposals to internal and external stakeholders; Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer activity reports

Drive customer engagement and strengthen partnerships while ensuring alignment with company objectives

Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC & partners with cross-regional teams to align strategies and share best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or related commercial roles

Proven industry experience in Aerospace, Appliance, or other industrial sectors, with a track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships. Experienced in working with regional or global customers in a complex business environment

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, regions, and organizational levels

Self-motivated and results-oriented, fluent in English (Japanese preferred), with the flexibility to travel extensively within Korea and occasionally internationally for customer meetings, trainings, industry events, and collaboration with global teams and key stakeholders
