Job Description
What you can look forward to as Local Customer Manager Korea (DIV E) (m/f/d):
Serve as the primary local contact for the customer's project management and leadership teams.
Represent the Germany-based Project Manager and support execution of project priorities, actions, and communications at the customer site.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders through regular on-site presence.
Ensure effective communication and information flow between the customer and ZF teams in Germany.
Proactively identify customer concerns, project risks, and escalation needs, and coordinate resolution with the responsible teams.
Act as a cultural bridge between Korean and German organizations, facilitating mutual understanding and effective collaboration.
Organize and support customer meetings, project reviews, management visits, and workshops.
Work closely with the ZF Engineering Resident to provide a consistent and professional customer experience while maintaining clear ownership of non-technical topics.
