Technology Industry (Semiconductor, Electronics, Battery & Advanced Industries) Practice
A&M’s Technology Industry Practice advises corporate and investor clients across the semiconductor, electronics, battery, and broader advanced technology sectors throughout the full value creation lifecycle—from strategy development and transaction support to post-deal execution and performance improvement.
Our professionals support clients in growth strategy development, market and competitive assessments, commercial due diligence, and operational due diligence, while also advising on strategic investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio optimization initiatives. Following transactions, we help clients realize value through post-merger integration (PMI), performance improvement, transformation, and value creation programs.

How You Will Contribute
To support the growing demand across Asia, A&M Korea is seeking highly motivated professionals at the Analyst join our Seoul office.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute specific workstreams and analytical modules under the guidance of a Module Leader or Project Manager.
- Conduct research, data collection, data processing, and preliminary analyses to support hypothesis testing and insight generation.
- Prepare for and participate in client interviews, expert interviews, and management discussions, while documenting key findings and implications.
- Develop presentation materials, reports, and other client deliverables under the direction of project leadership.
- Proactively communicate project progress, issues, risks, and findings to project leadership to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, investment, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or related fields.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean and strong business proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-definition, issue-structuring, and hypothesis-driven analytical capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into practical, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Prior experience in strategy consulting, Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Operational Due Diligence (ODD), Private Equity (PE), Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or Transformation engagements.
- Experience in market assessment, growth strategy development, competitive landscape analysis, customer research, and benchmarking projects.
- Understanding of financial analysis, business performance metrics, and operational KPIs.
- Knowledge of or project experience within the semiconductor, electronics, battery, industrial, or advanced technology sectors.
