Essential responsibilities:

Drive a strong EHS culture throughout the supply base and within the team

Identify and lead supplier development programs to continuously improve supplier performance
-
Develop and execute audit schedules for both quality and EHS
-
Supervise detailed Root Cause Analysis when issues arise, drive preventative actions that ensure issues don’t re-occur
-
Establish and monitor the supplier qualifications program
-
Work closely with Supplier Quality engineer to resolve the issues
-
Identify and execute process simplification ideas to improve the efficiency
-
Experienced in casting, forging, welding, machining & NDT process and able to perform inspections.
Qualification:
-
Degree/Diploma in a technical/Engineering subject
-
5+ years’ experience in Engineering/Quality/Project
-
Ability to read technical documents/drawings/specifications
-
Strong process/products/project experience on Steam Turbine/Turbo Generator and welding fabrication
-
NDT level-2 in UT, MT, PT & VT as per ISO9217 or ASNT
-
Fluent in English
