Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies for substrate segments in the local market, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio growth priorities
Leading and executing new product introductions (NPIs) based on strong market and customer insights
Monitoring the competitive landscape and gathering VOC to translate insights into actionable plans
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Service, Plant, Supply Chain, and APAC) to achieve business and financial objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or architecture or related major
Proficiency in PPT, Excel, Word, & CRM tools
More than 7 years of Job experience in B2B product management; marketing & sales experience is preferred
Experience in building materials, construction materials, or industrial products
Experience in product launch, portfolio management, or stage gate/similar structured development processes
Customer-oriented attitude & good interpersonal skills.
Positive and creative mindset
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Good communication skills
