The RM Network Supply Planner plays a key role in ensuring a stable and efficient supply of products to the Korean market by managing end-to-end supply planning and sourcing activities. This role is responsible for coordinating with regional and inter-company suppliers, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory levels, and address supply-related issues. This role also contributes to claim management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and business continuity.
- Manage the end-to-end supply planning process for imported goods from Asia / North America to ensure timely availability in Korea.

Lead sourcing and procurement operations by coordinating with inter-company suppliers and third-party vendors.

Monitor and optimize inventory performance, focusing on NES ratio and inventory days to reduce holding costs.

Proactively manage slow-moving and aging inventory to minimize obsolescence and write-offs.

Handle claim management related to trading operations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.

Collaborate with Production planner and scheduler, Logistics, and QA teams to ensure supply-demand alignment and resolve operational issues.

Work closely with 3rd Party Vendor and logistics partners to improve warehouse utilization and transportation efficiency.

Support continuous improvement by identifying supply chain gaps and contributing to process enhancement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree and related field experience are required.

3- 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain is required.

Proficiency in SAP and SAP experience is required.

Fluent in English are required.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
