Production manager who works together with business team by providing technical support of rubber-based, plastic based automotive parts and adhesive& sealants through the intensive communication with regional/ global team and customers as well
- Lead and conduct new product development projects to deliver innovative results in alignment with business priorities

Conceive innovative routes and employ sound experimental designs to effectively develop new products. Hands-on adhesive formulation is expected

Design, develop, execute and support on-time commercialization of new adhesive formulations and products

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to internal teams, management, and customers and technical conferences

Directly interact and communicate with external customers and respond to customers’ requests in a timely fashion; Effectively work with cross functional teams and effectively collaborate with global PD teams.

Manage technician(s) and/or junior chemist(s)

Monitor IP landscape of responsible area(s), develop/execute IP strategy

Perform all laboratory work in a safe manner and comply with all regulations, safety precautions, PPE requirements, and 5S processes

Be a technical leader of assigned technology; Use and promote Henkel Digitalization initiatives
- Minimum 10 years of experience (Masters degree with at least 5 years or PhD with at least 2 years working experience is preferred); Major in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science

Deep experience of adhesive formulation developments is preferred, expertise of epoxy and acrylate, any of thermosetting technology is preferred too

Experience in successfully launching commercial products is preferred

Good understanding for Semiconductor Advanced Package and technical requirements

Fluent English in both speaking and writing are preferred
