This position offers an opportunity to develop practical experience in luxury retail store projects while supporting the Head of Store Project in managing boutique development, renovations, and maintenance projects.
The role provides hands-on exposure to project coordination, vendor management, and administrative operations throughout all phases of store project execution, contributing to the successful delivery of Dior’s retail environments while building a strong foundation for a future career in retail project management.
Vendor Communication & Coordination
- Support communication with local and international vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Support Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and follow up on quotations.
- Assist with Purchase Order (PO) creation and tracking through internal systems.
- Support invoice submission, payment tracking, and coordination with Finance and vendors.
Project Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for store construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, contracts, and digital/physical filing systems.
- Maintain project trackers and monitor follow-up actions.
- Assist in preparing meeting minutes, project status reports, and presentation materials.
Maintenance & Minor Works Coordination Support
- Support the coordination and follow-up of maintenance requests and minor repair works for existing boutiques, in coordination with Retail Operations team.
- Liaise with store managers/store staffs and external vendors to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to store operations.
General Operational & Ad-hoc Support
- Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Store Project team.
- Assist in coordinating site visits, vendor meetings, and project inspections.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Store Project team.
QUALIFICATION
- Education
- University graduate or current student in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- Strong interest in Store Projects, Retail Design, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Retail Operations, Store Project coordination, or relevant roles in luxury/retail environment.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of CAD or design software is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
