Yeyak.ai (Riad Corporation) is building the travel AI infrastructure where AI agents execute the entire hotel booking workflow, start to finish. We operate three live products — Concierge AI, Workflow AI, and Promotions AI — and our systems already handle booking flows for major domestic and international travel, fintech, and enterprise partners.
As our partnerships and traffic scale rapidly, we're looking for a VP of Engineering to take our engineering organization's execution and quality to the next level. You'll shape strategy together with the founder/CEO, but your core mandate is turning that strategy into working systems and a growing team. You'll lead delivery across the full stack — frontend, booking/search/order APIs, and the AI agent runtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Execution Leadership: Translate the roadmap into shipped releases. Set sprint cadence, milestones, and quality bars, and own delivery speed and stability across frontend, backend, and AI.
- Architecture Review & Decision-Making: Drive design direction — together with the team — for the Concierge AI widget (Web Component embed), partner dashboard, internal admin tools, and the booking/payment/search backend, while managing technical debt.
- AI Agent Runtime Operations: Own the reliability, accuracy, and cost of the agents (LLM, tool use, direct booking / external API integrations) that autonomously execute hotel reservations, as live operating metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading engineering execution — translating roadmaps into shipped releases, and owning delivery speed and stability across frontend, backend, and AI teams
- Experience making architecture and design decisions across web-facing products (widgets/embeds, dashboards, admin tools) and backend systems (booking, payment, search), with a track record of managing technical debt
- Experience operating AI/LLM-based systems in production, with ownership of reliability, accuracy, and cost as live metrics
Preferred
- Domain knowledge of travel, hotels, OTA, airlines, or PMS/CRS/GDS (EPS, Direct Booking, ARI, PNR, etc.)
- Experience deploying and versioning B2B2C embedded widgets (Web Component / iframe SDK)
- Experience operating payment systems (Stripe, Toss Payments, PG settlement/refund/dispute handling)
- Hands-on experience with observability and quality tooling (Datadog, Sentry, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
- Experience running i18n / multilingual products (Korean and English at minimum; strong plus if you've run your own localization QA pipeline)
- Proficiency with Vite, Tailwind, Radix UI, Ant Design, Zustand, TanStack Query
