Position Summary
To increase market share Defense business in Motion System Group Korea. Responsible for direct OEM sales of Defense Products such as Hydraulics, Electric Motor & Drive, Pneumatics for developing new opportunities. Need a capability of market trend analyze and establish sales strategies. And Sales mapping to new market & customer profiles with exist or new products.

Responsible for the application and sales of Motion System Group Products (Hydraulics, Electric Motor & Drive)

Drive strategic planning to penetrate key customers and develop new business opportunities

Forecast annual plan for every accounts to meet business growth objectives

Proactively work with all divisional managements, business development team, and related support departments to continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, quality, cost reduction and people productivity

Research market trend & information and competitors activity to analyze the current & future market situation

Maintain excellence in customer service and deal with any customer interaction in a professional, quick and effective way to enhance overall experience and customer relationships
Scope/Supervision & Interaction

Interact with Filed Sales, OEM customers (especially Defense market) for winning business
- Take ownership of driving market share in Korea Defense market

Develop profitable growth strategies through new & exist accounts, and new opportunities

Reports to MSG Marine & Defense Sales Manager
Qualifications
Qualification
-
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and understanding Defense market is preferred
-
At least 3~5 years sales experience working with Motion System Group Products (Hydraulics, Electric Motor & Drive) & Markets

Project management skills is preferred

Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and market insight

Excellent communication skill within a matrix organization

Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset

High level of integrity and strong work ethic
