Job Title: Dr.G Domestic - Key Account Specialist (Offline)
JOB SUMMARY
The Offline Team, part of the Domestic Sales Division, oversees the majority of domestic offline channels while also managing sales across key duty-free channels, including downtown and airport stores. Through these efforts, the team drives brand awareness and product growth.The team’s primary revenue is generated across a diverse range of offline channels, including PX, Costco, Daiso, and duty-free stores. At the forefront of both domestic and global customer touchpoints, the team analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics to maximize sales opportunities in a rapidly evolving market environment. In close collaboration with major distributors, the team executes tailored promotions while systematically managing SKU assortment, pricing, and inventory to ensure agile and effective market response. We are looking for proactive, results-driven individuals who are eager to take on new challenges and grow in a dynamic, multi-channel environment. In particular, this position will serve as a valuable stepping stone for developing expertise in offline channels through diverse channel experience.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Manage sales activities across duty-free and various offline channels
- Conduct MD communications.
- Develop, plan, and operate product and promotion strategies based on global market trends.
- Analyze customer data, set and manage sales targets, and track performance.
WHO YOU ARE:
- University graduate
- Over 2 years of experience in duty-free business or cosmetic business
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making
- A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics
