Production Operations

Support day-to-day operation of the NF3 production facility.

Monitor product quality and production throughput.

Execute production plans and schedules.

Manage raw material inventory.

Support infrastructure management, including utilities and waste treatment systems.

Assist with plant shut-down, start-up, and performance test activities.

Process Management & Troubleshooting

Lead plant troubleshooting and process stabilization efforts.

Investigate and resolve process and operational issues.

Manage contractors and serve as the technical liaison during troubleshooting activities.

Support the implementation of new processes, products, and productivity improvement initiatives.

Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
-
Support maintenance and reliability of process equipment.

Manage control systems such as DCS and PLC platforms.

Identify equipment issues and drive corrective actions.

Support equipment replacement and reliability improvement activities.
-
Productivity & Cost Improvement
-
Drive productivity, quality, consistency, and reliability improvements.

Track and analyze daily production data.
-
Provide monthly operational data and reports.
-
Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Quality, Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with EH&S, BSP, and plant operating standards.

Support SPC/SQC monitoring and quality control activities.
-
Assist with customer complaint investigations and corrective actions.

Manage eMOC follow-up activities and closure.
-
Promote a safe, environmentally responsible, and compliant workplace

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, and Global Teams.

Support customer visits and technical discussions.

Participate in supplier assessments and raw material evaluations.

Coordinate with Supply Chain regarding packaging and container-related issues.

Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Science discipline.

Experience

3–7 years of hands-on experience in:

Chemical manufacturing processes

Industrial gas production
-
Hazardous chemical facilities

Production or process engineering environments
-
Proven experience in plant troubleshooting and process stabilization.

Technical Expertise

Production and process engineering fundamentals.

Process Safety Management (PSM).

Environmental management and compliance.

Manufacturing operations and process optimization.

DCS and PLC control systems.

Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

Statistical Process/Quality Control (SPC/SQC).

Productivity improvement and cost management.

Communication & Leadership
-
Strong English communication skills.

Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead troubleshooting activities under pressure.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of operational issues.

Ideal Background
-
Experience in semiconductor, specialty gas, industrial gas, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing industries.

Previous experience as a Production Engineer or Process Engineer.

Able to independently lead operational troubleshooting and plant improvement projects.

Comfortable communicating technical matters with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
