Additionally, the position will develop, debug, and verify software applications and system components to enhance product functionality and integrate system features.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex software systems across multiple components

Define technical approach and influence architectural decisions

Drive system-level design ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability

Lead cross-team collaboration and align engineering efforts with product goals

Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and design guidelines

Review design and code across teams to ensure quality and consistency

Mentor engineers across teams and contribute to organization-wide capability building

Handle ambiguous and high-impact technical problems

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and systems
Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program Deliverables

Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

12~15 years of experience in software development.

Experience in software development, lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Strong experience in object-oriented design methodology and programming languages, including C++, C#, or similar

Experience in application development, debugging, and performance optimization.

Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related computer field

Experience in application development using modern frameworks and development tools

Experience in integrating AI/ML models into applications.

Experience with API development and system integration

Experience with UI frameworks (WPF, Qt).

Experience in microservices or modular architecture

Experience in Git-based collaboration workflows

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
