About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans
What You’ll Do:
1. FacilityOperations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily operations of all office and data centerfamilies
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance forelectrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protective on systems
- Maintain 24/7 personal readiness for circa data centerenvironments
- Ensure regular testing ng of UPS, generators, CRACunits, and other Essensa systems Maintain asset registers, maintenance logs,and service records
2. DataCentre Infrastructure Management
- Ensure reliability, redundancy, and up me of allcri cal systems
- Supervise environmental monitoring (temperature,humidity, water leak, power usage)
- Coordinate with IT & Security team tomaintain safe and secure environment
- Manage vendor and their service schedules forM&E (mechanical & electrical) systems
3. Health,Safety, and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations and corporate safety standards
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, andfire evacuation on drills
- Maintain HSE documentation on, permits, and riskassessments
- Implement and monitor corrective ac t i ons for safety incidents ornon-compliance findings
- Serve as the primary liaison with buildingmanagement, fire authorizes, and local regulators
4. Security& Access Control
- Support regional security team and localsecurity liaison to implement and review physical security measures for data centerand cri ti cal areas
5. Vendor& Contract Management
- Select, evaluate, and manage facility-relatedvendors
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance withaudit and governance requirements
- Approve invoices and manage vendor budgetswithin allocated limits
6. Space& Office Management
- Monitor and report office layouts, sea ng plans,and workspace u t iliza tion
- Oversee office fit-outs, refurbishments, andrelocations with minimal business disruption
- Maintain a comfortable, professional, andcompliant office environment
7. Budge ng& Financial Control
- Develop annual facility opera on and maintenancebudgets
- Monitor and report expenditure (OpEx and CapEx)against approved budgets
- Iden ti fy customize on and efficiencyimprovement opportunist
- Provide regular management reports on facilities(monthly, quarterly and annually)
What You’ll Need: •High School Diploma or GED with up to 3 years of job-related experience. •Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. •Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. •Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. •Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
