Key Responsibilities:
· Convert customer inquiries into bookings
· Plan and organize daily activities to ensure efficient time management and achieve booking targets
· Manage onboarding processes for new and existing clients while maintaining an active sales pipeline
· Develop strategies based on customer insights, consumer trends, and competitor analysis
· Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients using CRM tools
· Handle customer issues and provide excellent after-sales service
Essential:
· Experience in sales-related roles
· Strong communication skills and analytical thinking ability
· High adaptability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term execution tasks
· English proficiency sufficient for email communication and business interactions
Preferred:
· Experience in the international education sector (e.g., education agencies)
· International education experience
· Experience in marketing campaign planning and proficiency in design/marketing tools
