We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to join in our Security & Communication Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client accounts, and promoting advanced security (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) and integrated communication solutions across key commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities for Security & Communication Systems.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial lead generation, technical solution proposals, to closing complex deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, system integrators, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering and technical support teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
What you need to make real what matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the security systems, communication/IT infrastructure, or smart building technology industries.
- Strong understanding of security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, IP Intercom, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) for global/regional communication.
- Required: 3-7 years of relevant work experience
