Kalrez plays a critical role in the semiconductor market in Korea, one of the most strategic regions. We are seeking a high-impact sales professional who will drive growth, expand key customer relationships, and help shape the future of our Kalrez business in this market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective Kalrez customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively to customers
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and evolving customer needs
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely forecasts and stable supply
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within internal systems
- Proactively share customer insights and competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain)
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with overall business strategy
- Resolve customer issues by investigating challenges and delivering effective solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the semiconductor industry (experience with Major memory / foundry customersis strongly preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in Korean; fluent in both written and spoken English
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
