Facilities Coordinator 사원대리급 (광화문 근무)
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to the office workplace, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to lighting, HVAC and other operating systems. Responding to alarms and incidents on site on 24x7 basis when needed.
Preventive Maintenance: Assist with the regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of technical systems to ensure they are operating at their optimal level, schedule regular maintenance tasks, and liaise with service providers to execute maintenance plans. The role requires supervision of the vendor maintenance works ,during the weekends.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical systems, including warranties, service contracts, inventory, equipment updates, and repair history, using appropriate systems and software.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for technical services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and monitoring their performance.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards pertaining to technical systems operation in the office workplace, including conducting safety checks and inspections.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, or enhanced functionality related to technical systems and propose strategies to help optimize system performance and user experience.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking expenditures related to technical systems maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, helping to maintain budgetary controls. Following up with vendors on the timely submission of invoices and submission in the finance system.
Project Support: Support facilities improvement and project works as and when needed including vendor escort and supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Prior 2-4 years of experience in coordinating technical facilities operations and maintenance, preferably in an office or commercial real estate setting
Strong understanding of technical systems such as HVAC, lighting, access control, and fire alarm systems, UPS and generators.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using computer systems and maintenance management software
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
