Turkish Market Tour Operator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our international team at EHOOLTS, a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. With over 10 years of experience in Korea's inbound tourism industry, EHOOLTS works with travel partners and clients from around the world and is currently expanding its business across Turkey, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Tour Operations
- Coordinate and operate inbound tours from Turkey, the Middle East, and Central Asia
- Handle reservations, itinerary arrangements, and supplier coordination
- Communicate with overseas travel agencies, buyers, and local partners
- Support tour operations before, during, and after travel
- Prepare post-tour reports and operational summaries
Marketing & Business Development
- Assist in developing travel products for Turkish, Middle Eastern, and Central Asian markets
- Identify and develop relationships with potential travel partners and clients
- Support B2B sales activities and partnership development
- Create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist with destination marketing and promotional campaigns
- Design simple marketing materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation and productivity
Qualifications – Required
- Native or fluent Turkish proficiency
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Intermediate Korean proficiency or above (business communication level required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience or strong interest in tourism, hospitality, marketing, or international business
- Experience living, studying, or working in Korea
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
- Additional language skills are a plus
