JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Supply Chain Planner

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be a key player in our Dr.G Operations team, ensuring a seamless flow of products from our vendors to our consumers. You will be responsible for developing robust production plans, managing supply operations, and building strong partnerships with our vendors to support the growth of our brands within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Drive Supply Planning: Develop and maintain monthly production plans and rolling 12-month forecasts, ensuring alignment with vendor capabilities and business demand. You will conduct demand deviation analysis and propose corrective actions.
- Manage Purchase Orders: Execute and monitor purchase orders in SAP to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, implementing differentiated purchasing strategies based on product classification.
- Oversee Vendor Capacity & Performance: Conduct regular assessments of vendor capacity, identify potential risks, and secure production agreements. You will also manage vendor performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Control Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, perform SLOB (Slow-moving and Obsolete) analysis, and coordinate material management to minimize waste and liability.

To succeed, you should have:
- A background in supply and demand planning.
- Experience with SAP ERP and data analysis tools (such as Excel or Power BI).
- The ability to evaluate mid-to-long-term production capacity against forecasts (RCCP).
- Proficiency in vendor management, including performance tracking and negotiation.
- Fluency in both Korean and English.
