Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-sales Technical Leadership

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to define customer requirements and experimental needs

Design and execute instrument demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and validation activities
-
Translate customer use cases into optimal technical solutions
2. Sales Partnership & Deal Acceleration
-
Partner with Sales to co-manage accounts, opportunities, and sales funnel progression
-
Provide technical input for proposals, presentations, and competitive positioning
-
Drive deal closure by addressing technical objections and influencing key decision-makers
3. Demo, Training & Technical Support
-
Deliver hands-on product demonstrations and technical presentations
-
Provide training and enablement for customers, sales teams, and distributors
4. Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence
-
Gather customer feedback (VOC) and identify unmet needs or emerging trends
-
Monitor competitor technologies and support differentiation strategies
-
Contribute insights into marketing and product positioning
5. Business Impact & Performance Contribution

Improve win rate by increasing customer confidence through technical expertise

Shorten sales cycles by accelerating customer decision-making
-
Contribute to revenue growth through effective pre-sales execution
Qualifications
Required
-
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating flow cytometry instruments
-
Practical experience working with products, customers, or market activities in flow cytometry
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Willingness and ability to travel domestically for more than 50% of working time
-
Business-level proficiency in Korean and English
Preferred
-
Experience in life science, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare industry
-
A master's degree or higher is preferred.

Self-motivated and proactive, with strong ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently
