WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be based in Seoul, driving Streetwear Specialty accounts across Korea. You will report to the Senior Director, Sales – Jordan APLA, and work alongside the Korea Sales team and cross-functional partners. Together, this team moves fast, connects deeply with the consumer, and brings the Jordan brand to life in market.

This role calls for a sharp, driven sales professional who lives at the intersection of sport, culture, and commerce. They understand the pulse of streetwear and translate insight into action. They build trust fast, influence across teams, and turn data into decisions that unlock growth. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and stay relentlessly focused on the consumer. Clear communication and strong commercial instincts define how they show up every day.
5–7 years of experience in field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or business analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of sports, athletic industry trends, and streetwear culture
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships
Fluent in Korean and English with strong communication skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will shape how Jordan shows up in Korea. You’ll drive go-to-market execution through strong partnerships, connecting strategy to sell-in and sell-through. You’ll own key accounts, deliver compelling product storytelling, and unlock new growth opportunities across the marketplace.
Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with Streetwear Specialty partners, serving as the main point of contact for all Jordan-related business
Lead seasonal sell-in and support sell-through in close collaboration with merchandising, marketing, and planning teams
Prepare and deliver clear, compelling product and brand presentations that influence partner decisions
Develop accurate assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans to optimize seasonal performance
Ensure timely order submissions and oversee order tracking and retail launch coordination
Identify product and marketplace opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies
Champion retail excellence by scaling best-in-class examples and elevating the consumer experience across accounts
