THE ROLE
You'll work directly with our leadership team on global entertainment market research, business development, CEO support, and coordinating meetings — including meeting notes, outreach, and follow-up — to help build MOVE's global business. From partnerships with global brands to IP licensing and investor relations, you'll be at the center of turning great ideas into real business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to develop partnerships with global brands and strategic partners
- Support real discussions and initiatives around game publishing and IP licensing
- Assist with investor relations and business development
- Coordinate projects between our U.S. and Korea teams
- Represent MOVE at major global events and international conferences, including GDC, Gamescom, and CES
- Research new markets, technologies, and business opportunities
- Help turn great ideas into real business
- Prepare and organize meeting notes, and manage follow-up
- Conduct global market research and analysis, with flexible, hands-on business development
- Learn how a global entertainment company is built while growing fast
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bilingual (English/Korean)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon)
- Passionate about games, entertainment, AI, or emerging technology
- Curious and eager to learn
- Organized and responsible
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Able to travel domestically and internationally at least once per quarter
