- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
- 12 years of experience managing sales strategy, business planning, and operational execution within high-growth technology or cloud environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis to extract, synthesize, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights along with knowledge of SQL, AI Tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise B2B sales cycles, go-to-market motions, and the broader cloud partner ecosystem.
- Ability to influence the decision makers and senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor to align cross-functional priorities and drive business decisions.
- Ability to proactively identify operational bottlenecks, navigate complex ambiguity, and optimize core business processes.
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
You will take on ambiguous problems, applying excellent business judgment and effectively communicating complex issues to audiences that include sales executives, product teams and senior Google leadership. You immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop engaging, synthesized recommendations. This role affords a unique perspective on a fast-growing business within Google. You are comfortable operating under uncertainty, structuring complicated issues and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing industry, and you demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

- Provide consistent metrics, reporting, tracking to understand and improve business performance, business growth, product adoption and productivity (e.g., business efficiency and effectiveness).
- Analyze and determine insights from business drivers, competitive environments, trends, and operating metrics. Serve as a subject-matter expert and support executive sales stakeholders to identify and analyze the competitive challenges facing their business
- Leverage best practices and global programs into prioritized business/product plans and scalable business practices.
- Preempt and problem solve on all operational issues, in particular lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.
