We are looking for Logistics Coordinator Key responsibilities: - Manage machine export operations to overseas markets. - Manage shipment capacity planning and allocation . - Manage Export/ Import Transportation Materials to Support CKD Export & Overseas procurement. - Manage Logistics related warehouse management, and others . - Manage relationships with external logistics partners including carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers . - M anage invoicing and other logistics-related financial matters. - KPI management (Lead time, Delivery precision, Cost, Pipe line inventory and others) - Utilize Volvo logistics systems (A4D, ShipIT, ATLAS, LES, Qlik Sense, SAP, etc.) - Handle cargo insurance and claims. - Support TTI Logistics’ global logistics operations.
