온리원파트너스(주) [Luxury패션기업] Visual Merchandising Specialist 채용 모집부문 및 자격요건 담당업무 및 자격요건 인원 담당업무 Reporting to the regional visual merchandising manager, the role will be responsible for following tasks: Support general VM activities in Korea Implement regular store visits for seasonal launch, monthly VM change-over Ensure to maintain in-store displays within global standard Work with the store teams and local teams for contributing to strong sales growth based on sales trends, local needs Plan & provide analytical / proactive VM solution & feedback to store teams for efficient operation Prepare monthly reports to HQ and share best practices for all Korea stores Prepare & support dispatching monthly VM guidelines, flash guideline, VM training for store teams Support the team for VM planning on new openings, events, pop ups, special displays, etc. Implement seasonal light boxes / in-store video monitor launch Work with local suppliers for production of various local projects Handle the inventory & movement of visual tools in Korea Prepare monthly expense closing & support monthly budget tracking Review & update VM basic document such as display capacity, store zoning project 자격요건 BA degree or above in Fashion or Design (Art) major preferred Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fashion brands Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense in aesthetic & styling Knowledge in business cycle & ability of basic VM skills especially in luxury retail industry Open to change, energetic, proactive personality Good interpersonal skill Fluent in English both written and spoken Computer skill (M/S software and photoshop, illustrator) Willingness to travel domestic / abroad 0 명 근무조건 고용형태: 정규직 급여조건: 연봉 협의 후 결정 근무지역: 서울 서초구 전형단계 및 제출서류 전형단계: 서류전형 >; 면접진행 >; 최종합격 추가 제출서류 이력서에 연락처, 희망연봉 기재 제출한 서류는 일체 반환하지 않음 이력서, 자기소개서 접수방법 접수방법: 인크루트 채용시스템, 이메일 접수양식: 인크루트 이력서 기타 유의사항 입사지원서 및 제출서류에 허위사실이 있을 경우 채용이 취소될 수 있습니다. 00
