Core Government Services is seeking an experienced educational professional to serve as our Regional Manager (PM), who will provide support services to the US Army Installation Command (IMCOM) Army Continuing Education System (ACES) at military facilities throughout the Pacific region. Essential Functions:The Pacific Regional Manager (RM) will work at the Camp Humphreys Education Center while serving as our On-Site Coordinator (OSC) for Korea and Japan military installation educational centers. The RM will manage all regional OSC's to ensure successful execution of all contract tasks including our quality control program. Our RM will be the Government's point of contact in the Pacific region.Our RM will be our primary subject matter expert following Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements, timelines, and processes.Our RM will be our primary subject matter expert on host country requirements, Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), and contingency operations.Our RM will report to our Program Manager (PM) and will maintain a professionally trained and qualified staff to meet service educational requirements.
Our RM will assist the PM in successful accomplishment of all deliverables and other terms of this contract.
Requirements:-
Applicants must have at least five (5) years of successful educational leadership experience providing adult educational services within the last five (5) years.

Applicants must have knowledge of host nation SOFA requirements and management experience within the last five years.

Applicant must have a Master's degree from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Our RM must successfully complete all initial mandated Government training and renew certifications annually according to Government policies. This training includes Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level 1 including additional topics as directed by Regional Commanders, iWatch training, Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), Operation Security (OPSEC), Communication Security (COMSEC), DOD Cyber Awareness, and other training as required by the Government.
- Receive a favorable a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation which is required for issuance of a Government Common Access Card (CAC) and for military installation access.

Required Travel: Occasional travel to other major military command installations
