Position Overview
We are Pubrio, a recruiting partner helping Wolters Kluwer with their hiring process. We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist based in Korea to join our client, Wolters Kluwer, on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time role (approximately 4 hours per day), ideal for individuals strong in communication, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, initiating outreach, and supporting early-stage pipeline development while maintaining accurate CRM records. The role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
This is a rare remote opportunity to build valuable sales, communication, and business development skills while working with a global healthcare information company.
Fluency in Korean is required, with English as a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within healthcare-related sectors
- Target customers include: Hospitals and clinics, Healthcare-related institution, Universities
- Work from a pre-defined target list
- Work with a highly respected healthcare solution that already has a strong presence in the market, with immediate focus on generating opportunities rather than pitching an unknown product
2. Sales Management
- Track and manage new business development activities
- Maintain accurate updates and reports using Google Sheets
3. Marketing Support
- Provide support for digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
Working Conditions
- Remote work (work-from-home)
- Flexible working hours (to be arranged with the manager)
- 1 week probation period
- 4-month contract role, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance
- Schedule:
- 5 days per week, 20 hours total
- Approx. 87 working hours per month
- Additional weekly paid leave hours (~17 hours/month) applicable for employees working 15+ hours per week

- No prior healthcare industry experience is required. Comprehensive coaching and training will be provided. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Basic business-level English proficiency
- Reliable and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Preferred
- Goal-oriented with strong planning skills
- Prior experience in outbound sales or related roles is a plus
Compensation
- Fixed Monthly Salary: USD 1,910 / KRW 2,958,000
- Performance Bonus: Up to USD 410 / KRW 522,000 per month, based on achieving 5 successful SQLs per month. This condition will be waived for the first 2 weeks during onboarding.
