This Regulatory Affairs Specialist role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and managing product registrations for chemical substances and consumer chemical products (e.g., laundry and homecare products such as Persil and Bref) regulated by the Korean Ministry of Environment (MOE). The role covers end-to-end regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle under K-REACH and safety-confirmed household chemical product regulations, including product registration, labeling, advertising review, and product change management.
- Ensure compliance with Korean chemical and consumer chemical product regulations (MOE, K-REACH, and related requirements)

Manage registration and notification of existing and new chemical substances

Execute regulatory submissions and product registration activities

Oversee regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle, including: labeling review, review of advertising and promotional materials, and product change management

Monitor and track imported chemical substance volumes to ensure regulatory compliance

Provide regulatory guidance and interpretation to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.)

Monitor regulatory developments in Korea and globally, and assess potential impact on products and business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of regulatory strategies

Support regulatory documentation and submissions for export markets when required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline

Minimum 7 years ~ maximum 12 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in chemical substances (K-REACH) and/or consumer chemical products regulated by the Korean MOE

Experience with K-BPR (biocidal products or insecticides) preferred

Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
