Position Summary:
Senior Market Access specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the healthcare environment and developing strategic reimbursement pathways for our therapies. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership to align local and global strategies, ensuring optimal market access and pricing for our Hemodialysis (HD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), Critical Care, and Pharmaceutical portfolios.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead strategies related to New Health Technology Assessment (nHTA), reimbursement procedures, and insurance operations within the Hemodialysis (HD), Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), and Critical Care sectors.

Shape the healthcare environment and policy landscape by leveraging deep market and customer insights.

Manage product pricing and reimbursement strategies within the pharmaceutical portfolio.

Drive and lead cross-functional collaboration with local Quality Assurance (QA), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Medical Affairs, Sales, and Technical Service departments.

Act as the primary liaison to lead collaborations and strategic alignment with Global and Regional Market Access / Healthcare Economics teams.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in the Market Access domain within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of successful collaboration with diverse cross-functional departments and global stakeholders.

Preferred: Demonstrated success and experience in driving New Health Technology Assessment (nHTA) submissions.

Preferred: Previous work experience in a multinational healthcare company.
