Primary Function of the Position
-
Primarily support customer order operations by handling purchase orders, quotations, order processing, and delivery coordination in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide professional support via phone and email to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.
- Accurately and timely process orders and requests in SAP ERP and Salesforce databases.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams such as Field Service, Technical Support, Service Business, Capital Sales, Clinical Sales, Finance, SCM, RAQA, Contracts, and end-customers to accomplish company objectives.
- Understand processes and make recommendations to improve overall team efficiency.
Essential Job Duties

Process customer purchase orders, quotations, and order-related requests accurately and promptly.

Manage sales order entries in SAP with an understanding of customer PO requirements, terms, and conditions.

Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers and prepare customer-related shipping documents.

Support order issue resolution and follow up on pending sales orders or service requests.

Monitor open sales orders and maintain related tracking files and reports.

Support invoicing and crediting processes in coordination with Finance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and financial procedures.

Effectively follow up on and resolve sales order or service request issues.

Support cross-functional projects related to order operations, logistics, and process improvements.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience & Services team.

Participate in process updates, testing, and continuous improvement activities as assigned.

Perform other order support and administrative duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications

Highly customer and service-focused

Open to candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience; relevant internship or administrative experience is a plus

Possess a solid telephone skill set and communicate in a professional manner.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
