Responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts within assigned territories, driving sales of MDS portfolio solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for MDS's product portfolio.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within existing accounts and new customer segments.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, clinical, technical support) to provide comprehensive solutions and support to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
