About this opportunity:
We are seeking a talented C/C++ Software Engineer to join our global R&D team in Seoul. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize Cloud RAN baseband software features with a focus on system performance, closing feature gaps, and applying AI/ML techniques. You will collaborate closely with global R&D teams to deliver high-quality 5G solutions that impact major operator networks worldwide.
What you will do:

Design, develop, and optimize Cloud RAN software features using modern C/C++

Close feature gaps to enhance product maturity and competitiveness

Apply AI/ML techniques to improve system performance and operational efficiency

Collaborate with global R&D teams across time zones
-
Debug and resolve performance issues using traces, KPIs, and system logs
-
Contribute to L2/Scheduler feature development for Cloud RAN
-
Contribute to system-level performance optimization
The skills you bring:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or a related field

Strong C/C++ programming skills

Basic understanding of wireless communication or telecom systems

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global R&D teams
Nice to have:

Experience in 4G/5G scheduler development

Solid knowledge of 3GPP standards and end-to-end call flows

Experience with performance-critical or real-time systems

Debugging skills using traces and KPIs
-
AI/ML applied software development experience
