(주)트리고코리아 자동차 부품 품질대응·관리 상주원 채용 - 현대자동차 전주공장 內 모집부문 및 자격요건 현대자동차 전주공장에서 근무하며, 자동차 부품의 품질관리 및 고객 대응을 담당할 Customer Resident(고객품질 담당자) 를 모집합니다. 1. Key Responsibilities 1) Customer Quality Management - Serve as the primary quality representative for customers at Hyundai Motor Company (Jeonju Plant) . - Respond promptly to customer quality concerns and line quality issues. - Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer complaints through effective follow-up and coordination. 2) Quality Improvement Activities - Coordinate and oversee containment activities, including: Sorting Rework Clean Point Implementation - Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal teams. - Coordinate 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes and obtain customer approval. 3) New Product Launch Support - Support Prototype Builds, Pilot Builds, and SOP (Start of Production) launches at the customer site. - Upload PPAP documentation and follow up with customers to obtain approval. 4) Delivery & Warranty Support - Monitor delivery schedule adherence and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Perform first-level analysis of warranty failed parts at the customer site and coordinate shipment of failed parts to BorgWarner Chennai for further investigation. 5) Data Management & Reporting - Track and report key quality performance indicators, including: Customer PPN Warranty Data Sorting activities Customer complaints - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for internal management. - Present monthly reports on customer quality incidents and PPAP status. 2. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto). - Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plan. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently at the customer site. - Strong reporting and documentation skills. 3.
