About the Role
[포지션 소개]
DM & Banca Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Direct Marketing (DM) and Bancassurance channels, including new channel and business development.
This position contributes to improving business performance by delivering data-driven insights and distribution strategies, and by ensuring alignment across functions to effectively execute key business priorities, including the preparation of reports for both local and Group offices.

1. Channel Strategy Support & Execution
- Support the development of medium- to long-term strategies for distribution channels aligned with company objectives
- Contribute to new strategic projects such as DM senior target strategy and Bancassurance HNW initiatives, including segmentation, customer insights, and value proposition development
- Analyze market trends, particularly those related to aging demographics, and provide strategic implications
- Assist in translating strategic direction into actionable initiatives and execution plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support alignment and implementation of strategic priorities
2. Business Performance Reporting, Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze channel sales performance and key KPIs
- Track performance metrics for DM and Bancassurance, including acquisition, conversion, persistency, and productivity
- Prepare regular business performance reports and presentations for management and the Group Office
- Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven recommendations
3. Function Leader Support
- Support the development of regular and ad hoc decks and reports related to sales and strategy
- Analyze sales force behavior and provide insights to improve engagement and customer experience within distribution channels
- Assist in developing differentiated approaches tailored to sales support functions
4. Project Coordination & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Support the execution of strategic projects related to distribution channel growth
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track progress and support issue resolution across stakeholders

- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy, sales planning, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to generate insights from data and support strategic decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

- Experience in distribution, digital marketing, HNW marketing, and direct-to-customer business models
- Experience with BI tools
