YOUR MISSION:
The Client Experience Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and delivering exceptional client experiences that strengthen Cartier’s brand equity, deepen client engagement, and reinforce the Maison’s cultural positioning in Korea.
This role combines Client Experience, Art & Culture, and Corporate Initiative responsibilities to create meaningful experiences across all client touch points. This position will lead the development of client engagement programs, cultural collaborations, corporate initiatives, and bespoke experiences that embody Cartier’s values and elevate the Maison’s image.
Working closely with local and global stakeholders, the Client Experience Assistant Manager will ensure every initiative reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence while supporting commercial priorities and long-term brand strategy.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Key Responsibilities
1. Create Client Experience Strategy & Programs
Develop and execute the Maison’s Client Experience strategy aligned with business priorities and global vision.
Develop tailored client engagement programs for different client segments to strengthen loyalty and emotional connection.
Manage client gifting strategy based on client insights, preferences, and business objectives.
Manage the annual Client Experience calendar, budget, reporting, and HQ communication.
Collaborate closely with Maison Cheongdam, other boutiques, Retail, and High-End teams to continuously improve client experiences.
Measure and analyze client experience initiatives and recommend improvements based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
2. Develop Art & Culture Experiences
Develop and execute Art & Culture programs that enrich Cartier’s client experience and reinforce the Maison’s cultural identity.
Support Fondation Cartier collaborations and local cultural partnerships.
Identify artists, cultural institutions, and emerging collaboration opportunities aligned with Cartier’s vision.
Manage exhibitions, performances, talks, intimate events, and cultural activation from planning through execution.
3. Support Corporate Initiatives & Institutional Engagement
Support the development and implementation of Maison Corporate Initiative and CSR related projects.
Build institutional partnerships with cultural organizations, public institutions, artists, and external stakeholders.
Develop communication narratives that reinforce Cartier’s heritage, values, and social commitment.
Monitor cultural, luxury, and client experience trends to identify future opportunities.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
Key Competencies & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, client engagement, communication, art & culture, or related industries.
Strong understanding of luxury client experience and relationship management.
Passion for art, culture, hospitality, and contemporary lifestyle.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure.
Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal.
French proficiency is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Positive attitude, agility, collaboration, and a high level of sensitivity to luxury brand standards.
